Scan the menus on the left of the page for the topic of your choice. Alternatively, use the search box above and type in just one keyword (e.g. meal, pension, adult, resident, loss, car, mature, fuel, spouse, minor etc) or an acronym (e.g. sato, cpi, gic, ftb, sbe, cgt, hecs, help). Use the singular not the plural (e.g. meal NOT meals).

If it displays too many options try two words (e.g. baby bonus, first home, aged care, assets test etc) to narrow it down.

Navigation

1. Computer Users - Run your mouse over the Menus. This will display the left to right fly-out/pull-out menus to navigate to. This is the quickest navigation method.

2. Touch Device Users  -  Tap the black menu box first to display the menu. Then tap twice on your chosen topic in the menu [+], to display the dropdown concertina sub-menu or once if no [+] sign to display the page. Tap on [-] to minimise the sub-menu.

How to display contents of containers
Many pages contain sub-topics in closed containers to save space.  Simply click on [+] (right-hand side of container) to display the sub-topic content.

Printing

>To print a page use the print function in your web browser. Most pages will fit on A4 portrait. Wider pages should be printed on A4 landscape.
